The Opportunity:
This is not a desk-based IT support role and it’s not a pure warehouse job either. This is a WMS & ERP Systems Specialist role for someone who understands how warehouses work and also enjoys working with systems.
As a WMS & ERP Systems Specialist, you will sit right in the middle of operations and technology. You will help the business run better by making sure the ERP and WMS actually fit how people work on the floor.
The WMS & ERP Systems Specialist role is part of a major transformation. New systems are being rolled out, processes are changing, and they need someone practical who understands warehouse life and is technically confident enough to support, configure and improve systems.

What the WMS & ERP Systems Specialist Will Do:
As the WMS & ERP Systems Specialist, your job is to make sure the ERP and WMS work in the real world. You will:
- Support day-to-day use of ERP and WMS systems in live warehouse environments
- Work closely with warehouse teams and site managers
- Act as the bridge between operations and IT
- Support multiple sites locally
- Help operators use systems properly and confidently
- Troubleshoot system issues and basic technical problems
- Reset access, support users, and solve practical system issues
- Configure parts of the WMS such as scanning, labels and processes
- Feed operational insight back into system improvements
This WMS & ERP Systems Specialist role is hands-on. You will be visible on site, talking to people, fixing problems and improving how systems support the operation.
What You Need:
- Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems
- Understanding of warehouse or operational environments
- Comfortable being hands-on and visible on site
- Technically confident (you don’t need to be a developer)
- Able to support users and solve practical system problems
- Someone who understands both people and systems
