I’m a specialist tech recruiter with over 17 years of expertise in the industry. I’m a tech recruitment and employer branding consultant and business owner. I’m a Leo. I love cats!

Being a business owner has always been a dream of mine, and after hearing stories from many clients about their poor experiences from other recruitment agencies, I decided to launch my own agency to ensure companies are given the superior level of service they deserve.
So, in 2021, Leo Recruitment was founded.
My recruitment career began in 2004 as an internal recruiter at a telecoms company in Devon. Then, I joined my first recruitment agency and realised that I preferred recruiting for external businesses.
After filling various web and software development roles, I knew I had a passion and niche for IT recruitment in particular. So, when I relocated to Bournemouth, I thought it would be wise to expand my knowledge of the IT industry properly.
I joined an IT company where I learned all about cloud, virtualisation, infrastructure, disaster recovery, telephony, and more. This gave me a solid foundation of technical knowledge to start a new IT and digital recruitment division within a local recruitment agency that I later joined.
I became incredibly proficient in filling roles within MSPs and ISPs in particular, as well as some departmental IT roles within other business sectors.
